Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced rewards professional with expertise Workday Compensation Module to join our team. The responsibilities will include managing and optimizing the Workday Compensation module to ensure accurate and efficient compensation processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday Compensation functionalities and the ability to collaborate with various global stakeholders to drive efficiency in compensation processes which include annual reviews, preparedness on systems and compliance to global/ regional governances.

The responsibilities will include
• Configure and maintain the Workday Compensation module to support business needs.
• Implement compensation plans, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives in the system
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday system.
• Collaborate with various teams within HR to align compliance on compensation processes
• Provide training and support to HR and management teams on Workday Compensation functionalities.
• Monitor and analyze compensation data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
• Stay updated with Workday releases and enhancements to leverage new features and functionalities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven experience with in Rewards function and with specific experience in Workday Compensation module configuration and management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
• Knowledge of compensation best practices and trends
