About the role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the business to understand client business processes and goals.
- Review and map existing workflows, identifying areas for optimisation.
- Create detailed Level 2 process maps to visualise and streamline processes.
- Design and configure workflow solutions in the application.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all workflows and configurations.
- Create clear workflow diagrams and process maps for internal and client use.
- Ensure alignment of workflow configurations with client business goals.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a minimum of 8+ years of experience (no gaps in service records).
- Expertise in Six Sigma logic and process improvement methodologies.
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Strong data visualisation skills (e. g., bar charts, histograms).
- Excellent written skills to use cases with proper grammar.
- Strong verbal communication in English for client and team interactions.
- Proven track record in implementing workflow solutions for clients.
