Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month
Responsibilities:

Upload videos, create thumbnails, and write titles & descriptions.

Develop strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.

Monitor YouTube analytics to track performance and audience behavior.

Optimize videos for SEO using keywords, tags, and metadata.

Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams.

Stay updated with YouTube policies, trends, and best practices.

Respond to comments and engage with the audience.
Skills & Qualifications:

Fresher to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or YouTube management.

Understanding of YouTube platform, trends, and algorithms.

Basic video editing skills (Canva, Premiere Pro, Filmora, or similar).

Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (YouTube Studio, Google Analytics).

Creative mindset with strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
