About the role
1. Expert-level knowledge in Monitring Rule setting up and configuring of Datadog, Zabbix. Deep experience conducting Enterprise Tools Assessments and integrating alerts/metrics from legacy APM, network, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
2. Hands-on administration of Datadog & Zabbix
3. Ability to configure alert policies, conditions, thresholds, and muting rules.
4. Expertise integrating monitoring tools with ServiceNow via Webhooks. 5. Strong Automation skills with Terraform
