THE ROLE
You will be the bridge between
client business needs and Zoho's powerful suite. From CRM to Books, People to
Projects — you will configure, customize, and deliver Zoho implementations that
actually work.
WHAT
YOU'LL DO
•Gather requirements and map client workflows to Zoho
modules
•Configure Zoho CRM, Books, People, Payroll, and other
apps
•Build automations, custom functions, and third-party
integrations
•Conduct UAT, training sessions, and go-live support
WHAT
WE'RE LOOKING FOR
•1–2 years’ experience with Zoho One or any Zoho product
•Strong analytical and client-facing communication
skills
