Exp : 6-12 Yrs
- 5+yrs hands-on experience with Zuora with at least 2 end to end implementations
- Hands-on experience on Zuora Workflows and APIs
- Hands-on experience on PL SQL
- Experience in having done client facing work
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Salesforce would be an added advantage
- Knowledge on any middleware like Dell Boomi, Informatica, Apigee etc
- Work with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Involvement in process improvements, system enhancements, and general problem solving to improve customer experience and team effectiveness
- Participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and progress
