Experience: 2-5 years (FMCG preferred)
Role Overview
Manage and grow GT, MT, and HoReCa sales by driving distributor performance, secondary sales, and key account coordination. Ensure strong execution, availability, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive GT, MT & HoReCa sales performance and secondary sales.
• Coordinate with distributors, MT partners, and HoReCa accounts.
• Track sales MIS, schemes, and inventory health.
• Support field teams with data and insights.
• Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and other departments as required.
Requirements• Strong GT, MT & HoReCa sales knowledge and connections.
• Experience in distributor and key account management.
• Proficiency in Excel and sales related software.
• FMCG / beverage experience preferred.
