Managing the Motor Agency Vertical operations in Bangalore City, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency Formulating and executing strategic plans to enhance operations, optimizing resource utilization, and achieving sales and contribution targets Publishing Agents Performing Index on the basis of opportunity loss and revenue earned. Maximizing revenue opportunities through effective forecasting, gap analysis, market analysis, optimal business and distribution channel mix Publishing and presenting the performance of the vertical to the senior management. Supervising all aspects of sales, revenue attainment and management of channel partnerships; evaluating, identifying and securing large product channel deals Managing key accounts & met targets relating to revenue growth, profit margin, mix of products & services sales, and customer retention & acquisition Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets, enhancing overall business performance Managing insurance claims processes, ensuring timely and accurate settlements for customers.
