About the role
What you´ll do
- Manage plant-level production operations and service/support functions to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing.
- Develop and implement production strategies to achieve operational targets, product quality standards, and business objectives.
- Monitor production KPIs, budgets, and project milestones to drive performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
- Facilitate Lean activities and workshops, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Implement Standard Work, Visual Management, and Short Interval Control practices to ensure sustainable improvements.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, warehouse, and maintenance teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production personnel by fostering teamwork, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, global procedures, operating practices, quality requirements, and applicable local regulations.
- Drive standardized processes and operational best practices across the plant.
