- To maintain good hygienic conditions in whole brewery.
- Daily yeast cell counting & viability tracking
- Yeast management & Yeast propagation
- All yeast records updating
- Micro plating of all process samples
- Microscope maintenance & calibration records updating
- Maintain incubators calibration records
- Accountable for to control micro contamination in product.
- Maintain Consistency in micro tracking.
- Accountable for achieving the target for Micro KPI.
- To meet the frequency of Analysis according to AB Inbev Micro Sampling Plan.
- Micro tracking in all the specified areas.
- Enumeration of pitching yeast, % dead cells.
- Enumeration of yeast count, pH % dead cells in UT's on Daily Basis.
- Micro analysis of enzymes and filter aids.
- Micro analysis of incoming water and water treatment samples.
- Micro analysis of CIP samples in plant level
- Measurement of attenuation and RDF in wort.
- Documentation and timely reporting the deviations, react trouble shooting and problem solving.
- Adhering to SOP's for all Micro analysis.
- Calibration and Maintenance of all Micro Instruments.
- Adhering to all safety requirements as per SOP's.
- Maintaining inventory of all glass wares, Medias and Reagents.
- Maintaining Housekeeping levels of lab.
- Updation of AB data worksheet daily.
- Maintaining 5S in the micro lab.
- Updating of Monthly KPI's
- Lead Quality VPO pillar as per plant VPO PMO RACI
- Maintain food safety and good hygiene in brewery
