About the role
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Assistant Sales Manager/Executive to support revenue growth and drive successful sales conversions. This is a field-oriented role involving lead management, client engagement, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and regular follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits and project presentations for prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Handle client queries, negotiations, and support deal closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and internal teams to improve lead conversions.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to booking.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Generate referrals and repeat business through relationship management.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation skills are preferred.
- Prior experience in client handling or relationship management will be an advantage.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
