About the role

Take charge of the store and ensure smooth store operations.Lead, motivate, and guide the store team to achieve individual and store-level targets.Ensure excellent customer service and luxury selling experience in line with our brand standards.Drive upselling, cross-selling, link selling, and basket building.Monitor store KPIs such as ATV, conversion, UPT, productivity, and sales performance.Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.Maintain high standards of VM, grooming, hygiene, store presentation, and product display.Ensure proper stock management, replenishment, FIFO, inventory accuracy, and tester management.Support daily operational activities including billing, cash management, attendance, and store opening/closing procedures.Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and audit requirementsBuild strong customer relationships and repeat business.
