About the role
Portal Management & Development Oversee design, development, and maintenance of customer-facing and partner portals. Ensure portals are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. Techno-Functional Leadership Act as a bridge between business teams and technology teams to translate requirements into solutions. Drive requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for new features and enhancements. Cloud Strategy & Implementation Lead migration and modernization initiatives on GCP. Implement best practices for cloud architecture, security, and cost optimization. Integration & API Management Manage integrations with core insurance systems (GC / Duck Creek), payment gateways, and third-party services. Governance & Compliance Ensure adherence to regulatory and security standards. Conduct periodic audits and vulnerability assessments. Team Management Mentor and guide technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for smooth execution.
