About the role
Job Purpose
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services by performing the following duties.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Talent Management
•Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
•Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
•Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
•Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
•onduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
•Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
•Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
•Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
•Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
HR operations
•cnboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
•Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff
Payroll
•Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data.
•Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential
Learning & Development
•Liaise with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
•Deliver and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
•Compile and presenting information
•Implement, advise on and monitor appraisal schemes
•Supervise and monitor progress made via training programs
