About the role
Responsibilities:
- Talk to users and identify their biggest pain points.
- Convert problems into product requirements (PRDs).
- Design user journeys and wireframes.
- Work closely with Engineering, Design and AI teams.
- Launch features quickly and iterate based on feedback.
- Analyse product metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Run A/B experiments to improve activation, retention and revenue.
- Use AI tools daily to improve product development speed.
- Build AI-powered learning experiences including: AI Tutors, Personalised Learning, Recommendation Systems, AI Search, Revision Systems, Gamification, AI Content Generation.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of Product Management experience (or exceptional internships/projects).
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Understanding of Product Management fundamentals.
- Familiarity with user research and product thinking.
- Basic understanding of AI/LLMs.
- Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor or similar AI tools.
- Ability to write clear PRDs.
- Passion for education and AI.
- Bonus Points: Experience with any of the following: AI Products, EdTech, Consumer Apps, Growth Experiments, SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, Figma, Notion, Jira.
