Roles and Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and cold calling.- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans.- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.- Proven track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong communication and negotiation skills.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
