About the role
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, assess downstream impacts across linked modules and integrated systems, and translate findings into reliable PIM solutions, owning delivery from design through production support.
- Serve as a hands-on techno-functional, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, partner teams, and platform vendors for requirement gathering, solution design, and end-to-end project delivery.
- Develop and implement PIM configurations and customisations using Syndigo PIM 8. x, covering data modelling, governance workflows, taxonomy, match sets, scheduling objects, UI configurations, and integration profiles.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues rapidly, including root cause analysis, targeted code fixes, and preventive improvements; leverage Azure Blob Storage and Syndigo PIM APIs for integration and automation needs.
- Drive continuous improvement by bringing innovative approaches to complex product data challenges, proposing new platform capabilities, optimising existing configurations, and establishing best practices across the team.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on development and production support experience with Syndigo PIM 8. x.
- Handson experience on PLSQL Unix.
- Proven depth across core Syndigo modules: Data Modelling, Governance, Workflows, Taxonomy, Match Sets, Scheduling Objects, UI Configurations, and Integration Profiles.
- Experience working with SaaS applications and cloud-native integrations; working knowledge of Azure Blob Storage and Syndigo PIM REST APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess cross-system impact and deliver under pressure.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven ability to work across business, technical, and vendor teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
