Position Overview:
The Business Development Intern at AGT will assist in identifying business opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting client outreach efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in sales and business development, with mentorship and the potential for full-time employment. The position is on-site in Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct detailed market analysis to identify new business opportunities in the Middle East, Europe, USA and Canada.
Analyze competitors in the target regions to understand market trends and identify unique selling propositions.
- Client Outreach and Engagement:
· Engage with potential clients through various channels, including email, social media, and industry events, to introduce our services and establish initial contact.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling pitches and presentations for prospective clients.
- Networking:
Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and networking events to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Utilize the IIM alumni network to expand connections and opportunities.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for entering new markets.
- Regularly report progress and insights to the management team, providing actionable recommendations based on market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with market research techniques and tools is a plus.
- Enthusiastic about building a career in business development.
