About the role
Seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, and technology solution delivery, preferably with hands-on experience inCoupa Riskor other Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), or GRC platforms.
The successful candidate will partner with business stakeholders, risk teams, technology teams, and vendors to gather, analyse, document, and validate business and system requirements; support application enhancements and implementations; perform process analysis and solution design; coordinate testing activities; and ensure solutions align with business objectives, risk frameworks, regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
In addition to traditional BSA responsibilities, the role will perform Application Support Analyst functions including production support, incident and problem management, troubleshooting system issues, managing service requests, monitoring integrations and interfaces, performing root cause analysis, coordinating vendor escalations, supporting release deployments, maintaining system documentation, managing defects and enhancements, providing end-user training and support, and ensuring application availability, stability, and compliance with audit and operational requirements.
