About the role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various technology teams regularly to obtain their compliance data that will be used for compliance reporting.
- Review our compliance data for completeness and accuracy.
- Track patching, security hardening, and password compliance remediation progress with target dates in monthly reports.
- Receive, review, and collate reports from multiple platforms into the executive consumable dashboard.
- Participate in biweekly platform management meetings and governance meetings; document and publish minutes for all governance meetings.
- Maintain appropriate artifacts to support governance processes and audits.
- Continuously maintain our governance dashboards with the overall status of non-compliance that includes assessed operational risk.
- Participate in technology governance project work as required.
- Drive continuous improvement and adoption of best practices in technology governance methodologies.
Cross-Functional Relationship:
- Collaborates with business units, cross-functional teams, and risk management to ensure accurate and timely provisioning.
- Coordinates with compliance and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- Responsible for timely and accurate fulfillment of access requests.
- Provides advisory and support services to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Experience: 7+ years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience with technology governance.
- Proficient with Microsoft Power BI.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficient with ServiceNow.
- Proficient in technology, governance automation, and AI integration.
- Experience with PowerShell and Power BI scripting.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in application access.
