About the role
Oversee daily beverage service operations including welcome drinks and tea/coffee orders. Ensure team adherence to service SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards. Maintain inventory of beverage items, glassware, and supplies. Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties effectively. Train and guide the team on service standards and guest interaction. Prepare rosters and ensure proper manpower planning. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area. Liaise with management for smooth operations.
