About the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, maintain, and support Citrix VDI/CVA environments.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and manage Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop farms.
- Design and implement Citrix infrastructure solutions based on business requirements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Citrix application and server-related issues.
- Manage and optimize Windows Server environments supporting Citrix platforms.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve performance, availability, and connectivity issues.
- Coordinate system changes, upgrades, patching, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure high availability, stability, and smooth operation of Citrix services.
- Provide technical support to users and assist in resolving production incidents.
- Work closely with infrastructure, networking, and application teams.
