üProfit and Loss and Balance Sheet Management of the Cluster üTracking and monitoring daily productivity and book movement of the Cluster üCluster headcount budget to be maintained ü Should ensure that the Cluster complies with Bank’s policies and processes üEnsure that the Cluster follows the BEST Document üEnsure BELT meetings are conducted periodically in his Cluster üTeam Motivation and Team Building üEnsure timely Learning and Development for his Cluster üThorough knowledge of daily banking operations and products and services üEnsure comprehensive compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements as relevant for the Cluster and for various product and services üAwareness of ISO 9001:2000 standards & meet/exceed set quality parameters conforming to the standards üEnsure Audit related deliverables both internal and external are met as per the prescribed norms üMonitor and ensure the Upkeep of the Branches and ATMs within the Cluster üEnsure timely submission of MIS reports
