About Role: We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, concerns, and service requests across multiple communication channels. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and an understanding of digital financial products and services. Key Responsibilities • Handle customer queries and complaints through calls, emails, chat, and other support channels. • Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns. • Assist customers with transactions, payments, applications, and other digital financial services. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within defined timelines. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints. • Ensure adherence to customer service quality standards and TAT. • Identify recurring customer issues and escalate them to the relevant teams. • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and positive customer experience.
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/customer support tools.
Qualifications & Experience
• Graduate preferred. • 0–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, BPO, FinTech, Banking, or Financial Services. • Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
