Skills & Experience:
Delivery Excellence:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer project’s needs, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines and budget by managing delivery metrics
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Oversee customer-deployed resources, ensuring their performance, managing attrition, and streamlining replacement processes
• Oversee “demand to fulfillment” process to ensure we are onboarding to committed plan
• Proactively proposing continuous improvement in customer projects by adopting industry best practices and incorporating innovations and emerging technologies
• Continuously assess the customer requirements and needs for Skilling/Re-skilling of available talent to ensure serviceability
Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinating between internal enabling functions and customers, ensuring seamless on-time resources deployment
• Align project objectives with senior leadership goals, maintaining harmony between business strategies and delivery outcomes.
• Foster long-term, strategic relationships with customers ensuring continuous growth of Net Billable Head count thereby improving the customer share
Risk & Financial Management:
• Proactively identify potential risks, devise mitigation strategies, and handle unforeseen challenges with agility
• Ensure Financial KPIs for existing business – Revenue & Gross Margin
• Manage Delivery Operations for assigned accounts to ensure disciplined execution of timesheet compliance, Approvals, Billing and collection of account receivables
Required Skills & Experience:
• 15+ years of experience in managing complex delivery projects within the Healthcare & Lifescience, or related industries.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare & Lifescience market trends.
• Proven expertise in managing large cross-functional teams, driving performance, and ensuring team motivation.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with an ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments.
• Experience in financial management and resource allocation.
