Delivery Module Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery Module Lead to oversee and manage the delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Customer Communication Management (CCM), xPression, and UX Design. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership capabilities, who can ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with client expectations.

• Lead the delivery management process, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among project teams.
• Utilize CCM tools to enhance customer engagement and streamline communication processes.
• Oversee the implementation of xPression solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
• Work closely with UX designers to create user-centric solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress.
• Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback from team members and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures throughout the delivery process.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

• Strong expertise in Customer Communication Management (CCM).
• Proficient in xPression and its application in project delivery.
• Solid understanding of UX Design principles and practices.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of additional project management tools and software.
• Understanding of industry trends and best practices in delivery management.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Information Technology, or related discipline).
• Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in a fast-paced environment.
