Job Summary –
A Senior level Microsoft .NET Full stack Technical Developer to manage a critical project for one of our biggest client in Capital Market/ Wealth Management domain. The Individual should be passionate about technology, experienced in developing and managing cutting edge technology applications. With minimum 6-8 Years solid Development experience with leading minimum 5 members team.
Years of experience needed – Trained in .net core/C# with Angular version 20 or latest. Industry experience of up to 6-8 years is preferred.
Technical Skills:
Must have:
- 6+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in object-oriented languages such as C# in .NET platform, Angular version 20 or latest
- 6+ years demonstrated experience in software engineering principles, SOLID principles and software design patterns
- 5+ years demonstrated hands-on experience in relational database development, such as SQL server and Oracle. Experience with MongoDB or Aerospike is a plus
- 3+ Experience designing and implementing REST based Web Service API(s)
- 2+ Experience developing application for private/public Clouds (PCF / AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Must have hands-on experience on Gen AI/Agentic AI implementation
- Comfortable with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts
- Experience with Atlassian tool suite is strongly preferred: JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, Github, Bamboo
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with business partners to interpret requirements and design solutions to fit those requirements
- Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
- Experience creating software designs and reviewing them with architecture team
- Self-motivated, quick learner who can manage multiple initiatives with minimal direction
- A yearning to understand and leverage new tools and technologies
Good to have:
- With Unix/Linux, Windows
- Build, deploy and test automation tools like Ant, Gradle, Maven, Jenkins, TeamCity, Junit, TestNG or similar tools
- Experience with OOA/OOD, distributed systems/software, real time processing, relational database systems, messaging systems preferred
- Static code scanning tools such as Veracode and BlackDuck
- Working with core business logic within applications
- Knowledge on agile, test-driven development
Certifications Needed: Good to have any cloud experience – Google Cloud Platform /or Azure /or AWS.
Job duties/requirements for the position:
- Performs product design & troubleshooting exercises of extremely high complexity which require extensive research and analysis.
- System design and specification development, program logic and flow-charting, testing, debugging, and documentation. Will be responsible for making complex design choices to be used by the development teams.
- Complex programming tasks, providing review of various development tasks and documentation. Provides analysis of problems and recommends solutions.
- A key contributor in client/technology interactions in the development of technology solutions
- Will interface with Enterprise Architecture and Application Security teams on strategic designs and initiatives.
- Troubleshooting of complex problems in development and production environments, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Interact with Product Management and business users to develop new features/applications, enhance functionality and efficiencies of the existing applications
- Collaborate with fellow developers to share best practices, review logic, and learn new technologies
- Work with a number of different database systems as well as business processes
- Responsible for production support, maintenance and enhancements of applications supporting Mutual Fund Trading and Clearing business
- Collaborate with the development teams and technology leaders across technology on product development, best practices, and automation
- Assessing and applying emerging technologies, practices, and processes and strategizing and executing projects to improve efficiency and innovation
- The environment consists of Windows, Linux, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, .NET, Java, IIS, and WebSphere
