Role Summary:
Mphasis is seeking a Senior Functional/Technical Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, integration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Oracle Transportation Management solutions for transportation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Supply Chain and the ability to mentor and guide junior members of his team. The role will work closely with Product Owners, Solution and Integration Architects, other Supply Chain teams, local IT teams, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-aligned supply chain application services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and implement best practices and innovative solutions.
• Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into Oracle OTM solutions.
• Responsible for writing the technical specifications or new technical user stories with focus on Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
• Design, configure, and customize Oracle OTM modules.
• Execute ITSM tasks (Incident, Service Request and Change Management).
• Coordinate and execute unit testing. Support and participate to system integration and user acceptance tests.
• Collaborate with other project teams to implement and integrate Oracle OTM with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs, configurations, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to end-users on Oracle OTM functionalities.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level team members, offering best practices, architectural advice, and knowledge-sharing.
• Make sure the solution is robust, reliable and performant and address the performance bottlenecks and bugs.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and translate them into Idea labs.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, providing accurate time estimates for tasks.
• Take ownership of the application and communicates pro-actively concerning risks, improvements, ... to the identified stakeholders.
• Assist with program rollout activities, including business unit and trading partner on-boarding, project coordination, status reporting and communication to program management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Strong understanding of transportation management processes and logistics operations across LTL, FTL, Rail, Ocean, and Air modes.
• 8–12 years of experience working with Oracle Transportation Management in consulting, implementation, or application support roles.
• Experience in at least three Oracle OTM implementations in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of OTM configuration, automation agents, business rules, screen set management, BI Publisher, XML, XSL, Web Services, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of integrations with logistics, procurement, master data, and related enterprise processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in business terms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with experience troubleshooting complex technical issues.
• Ability to mentor junior colleagues and work effectively in a global, matrixed team environment.
• Results-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle OTM or related technologies are preferred.

- Stable, reliable, and performant application support for transportation management processes.
- Updated system design, configuration, support, process, and user documentation.
- Continuous improvement recommendations to enhance automation, quality, resilience, security, and user experience.
