- Design and send a fortnightly email newsletter.
- Monitor content performance and continuously improve engagement.
- Coordinate with the Founder for content approvals and recordings.
- Research and identify Shopify apparel brands and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain qualified prospect lists using research tools.
- Send personalized cold email campaigns using outreach automation platforms.
- Conduct cold calls to follow up with prospects.
- Schedule and coordinate product demonstration meetings for the Founder.
- Continuously optimize outreach messaging based on campaign performance.
- Maintain accurate CRM and outreach records.
- Track every interaction, follow-up, and meeting.
- Share weekly reports covering:
- Content published
- Outreach activities
- Response rates
- Demo bookings
- Maintain organized outreach pipelines using Notion or Google Sheets.
- Strong content creation skills for social media.
- Ability to create engaging short-form video content.
- Excellent written communication with clear, concise messaging.
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing/editing video independently.
- Ability to personalize outreach messages based on prospect research.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable handling objections and maintaining consistent outreach.
- Ability to qualify leads and keep sales conversations focused.
- Self-driven and capable of managing work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
