·Managing the spare inventory minimum level
·Responsible For external Service
·Verify Contractor Bill.
·Manage Shift Schedule & Leave
·Routine/Maintenance Work Distribution
·Audit Documents Review Timely.
3)SAP
·Material PR (SAP).
·Material Code Extension in Plant.
·New Material Code Create in Plant.
·Service PR (SAP).
·PM Order/Notification Activity.
·Production Entry in SAP.
·Production Entry Check & Material Balancing.
·Service Entry Sheet Create in SAP.
4)GMP
·Verify Audit & Prepared Documents.
·Conduct/LEAD PSM Audit & Prepare Documents.
·Maintain Good GMP.
5)Safety
·Follow AWL HRW Permits & Ensure Safety Rules Should be Follow in Plant Premises Effectively.
·Hazards Reporting in Enablon.
·Conduct Training Program & Make TBT Report.
·Found Process Problem/Issue & Mitigate All Issue for Process Improvement.
Conduct Self audit For Good GMP/Mitigate Hazard/Continues Process Improvement.
