Executive Assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Backend/API Developer to join our dynamic team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in backend development, with a particular emphasis on Spring Boot. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust APIs and backend services that support our applications and enhance user experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services and APIs using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement and manage RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front end.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing applications, providing timely resolutions.
• Ensure the security and integrity of applications by implementing best practices in coding and data management.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes.

• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
• Proficient in Java programming language.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and cloud deployment.

• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like Angular or React.
• Experience in Agile development methodologies.
• Understanding of API documentation tools like Swagger or Postman.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
