About the role
- Attend all incoming calls and ensure missed percentage is not more than 1%, Increase conversion from lead to walk-in and repair
- Understand customer issues and service requirements, Book appointment, guide customer to nearest icare, Follow-up with customers who has not reached icare
- Provide stock and repair status to customers, and block parts for repair
- Identify opportunities and sell AC+ & P+ and other accy
- Provide daily appointments, conversions, and revenue generated report
Requirements
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
- Comfortable handling customer objections
- Knowledge of Apple products
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
