About the role
- Must have 10-12 Years of Exp with experience in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) Food Industry
- Must have exposure to greenfield/brownfield projects.
- Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of managing complex production systems, and large workforce, driving operational excellence & achieving production targets.
- Familiarity with problem-solving techniques viz. Fish Bone Analysis, Pareto analysis
- Experience in controlling Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), and production costs is essential.
- Exposure to & experience in following one or more Food Safety Standard requirements viz. ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, or AIB is essential.
- Proficiency in computer software applications such as ERP systems, MS Office Suite, and manufacturing software is preferable.
- Excellent communication both oral & verbal in Hindi & English, good interpersonal relationships with peers, juniors & seniors is essential.
- Leadership quality, the ability to work in a team and to maintain positivity is a must.
