Lead daily production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization to ensure timely delivery and efficient resource utilization
Implement and monitor quality systems including ISO 9001, TS16949, and Six Sigma methodologies tailored to manufacturing standards
Champion Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen initiatives to identify and eliminate waste, drive process efficiency, and promote continuous improvement
Oversee process engineering tasks such as assembly line balancing, takt time management, and bottleneck analysis
Manage inventory, materials planning, and vendor coordination using MRP/ERP systems
