About the role

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. ● 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5+ years in agency experience preferred. ● Proficiency in Tally, MS Office, and other business software tools. ● Excellent financial, accounting, and analytical skills with experience in managing books of accounts. ● Strong knowledge of statutory compliances, including GST, Income Tax, and Labor Laws. ● Experience in preparing MIS reports and financial analysis. ● Ability to perform revenue and cost variance analysis. ● Knowledge of client agreements and commercials, with the ability to integrate these into financial planning. ● Strong understanding of administrative matters, statutory compliances, and approval processes. ● Ability to close month-end books and generate comprehensive financial reports. ● Agency experience preferred for managing accounting and financial processes in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
