About the role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5+ years of experience to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, and day-to-day financial operations. The role requires strong financial acumen, hands-on experience in managing accounts independently, and excellent communication skills. Hindi proficiency is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes, including bookkeeping, ledger management, and finalization of accounts.
- Handle taxation activities, including GST, TDS, income tax filings, and compliance.
- Oversee day-to-day financial and accounts management operations.
- Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and reconciliations.
- Maintain statutory compliance and coordinate with auditors when required.
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure all financial documents are accurate, updated, and in order.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders for financial reporting and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in taxation, accounting, and financial management.
- Background from small IT/BPO/ITES companies preferred (open to other industries).
- Excellent communication skills with Hindi as a mandatory requirement.
- Detail-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ability to manage end-to-end finance function independently.
