About the role

Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial controllership, Ind AS compliance, statutory reporting, and FP&A activities. The role requires hands-on ownership of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders.1. Financial Accounting & ControllershipManage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and month-end closuresEnsure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of financial booksStrengthen internal controls, SOPs, and financial governance processesSupport audits (statutory, internal, tax) and ensure smooth closure2. Reporting & AnalysisPrepare monthly and quarterly reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash FlowAnalyze revenue, cost, margins, and business performance trendsIdentify cost-saving and profitability improvement opportunities3. Business PartneringWork with Sales, Operations, and HR teams to understand business driversSupport leadership with data-backed financial insightsHelp evaluate hiring, pricing, and operational decisions from a financial lens4. Financial Modeling & Scenario PlanningBuild and update financial models for growth, ROI, and business scenariosSupport capital allocation and investment decisionsAssist with scenario and sensitivity analysis5. Compliance & ControlsSupport compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS)Ensure data accuracy, financial discipline, and internal control processesAssist during audits and internal reviews
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) — MandatoryCandidate Profile:
  1. 2–5 years of experience in FP&A, Business Finance, or Corporate Finance
  2. Strong understanding of P&L, cash flow, and financial statements
  3. Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling preferred
  4. Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  5. Familiarity with Ind AS and financial reporting standards
  6. Experience in startups, fintech, or high-growth companies is a plus
