About the role
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks like React and Angular.
- Implement RESTful APIs and microservice-based components, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- Develop responsive, intuitive UI components and pages, integrating them seamlessly with backend services.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, and QA to refine requirements, estimate effort, and deliver high-quality features in iterative Agile sprints.
- Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following coding standards, code reviews, and best practices.
- Integrate and deploy applications on AWS leveraging cloud-native services where applicable.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications across the stack to improve reliability and performance.
- Contribute to technical design and architecture discussions, proposing improvements and new approaches.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices in full-stack development and Agile delivery.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and foster a collaborative team culture.
Requirements:
- Educational Requirements: MCA, MCM, MSc, MTech, Bachelor of Engineering, BCA, BE, BSc, and BTech.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B. Tech., B. E., M. E., M. C. A., B. C. A., M. Sc., or B. Sc. ).
- Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Java with solid experience using Spring and Spring Boot for backend development.
- Practical experience with React and/or Angular for building modern, responsive web interfaces.
- Proven experience in end-to-end application development, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and participation in Agile development teams.
- Solid understanding of RESTful services, JSON, and web application architecture.
- Preferred Skills: Technology, Full stack, Java.
