About the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend architecture.
- Extensive experience with React.js, Node.js, and frameworks like Fastify or Express at a production scale.
- Strong experience with Java Spring Boot for building and scaling REST APIs and microservices.
- Proven experience designing microfrontend and microservice architectures.
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, distributed systems, and integration patterns.
- Track record of leading technical initiatives across multiple teams without direct management authority.
- Strong knowledge of database systems (e. g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server), including data modeling and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical strategy to senior stakeholders.
- Experience using GitHub Copilot/Claude with modern models (e. g., Claude Opus or Sonnet) to accelerate and elevate engineering delivery.
- Ability to create reusable skills and MCP servers to automate analysis, development, design, review, and deployment.
