About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience across both backend and frontend development. The ideal candidate should be comfortable building scalable systems while delivering seamless user experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications.
- Build scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices.
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend interfaces.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.
- Ensure code quality, performance optimisation, and security.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decisions.
The core requirements for the job include the following:
Backend (Equal Weightage):
- Strong experience in Java / Python / Golang.
- Hands-on with REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
- Understanding of system design, scalability, and caching.
Frontend (Equal Weightage):
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js / Vue.js .
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
- Familiarity with state management tools (Redux, etc. )
