About the role
What You'll Do● Assist the design team with creating and iterating on graphics, layouts, and visual assets for marketing, social media, and product needs● Help manage, organize, and maintain the team's design asset library (templates, brand assets, image files, etc.)● Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs● Support with resizing, formatting, and repurposing existing assets for different platforms and channels● Assist with basic photo editing and image preparation● Use AI design tools to speed up ideation, generate concept visuals, and explore creative variations● Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements● Take on smaller design tasks independently to help reduce the team's workload● Keep track of file versions and organize shared design folders/drives
Software Required● Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)● Figma
What We're Looking For● Recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field● Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Figma (see Software Required above
