The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, a good understanding of design principles, and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all creatives.Proficiency in software: Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop (mandatory)Key Responsibilities:

Designing and updating book covers
Updating catalogues and order forms
Creating shop banners and marketing banners
Designing Amazon A+ creatives and product images
Creating invitation cards and celebration creatives
Supporting other day-to-day graphic design requirements

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Good understanding of typography, layout, composition, and colour combinations, with the ability to strictly follow brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency across all creatives.
Good knowledge of AI tools to generate creative design references, concepts, and visual ideas.
Ability to manage multiple design tasks efficiently while maintaining quality.

Additional Advantage:

Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro would be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
Relevant experience in graphic design, print design, digital creatives, or publishing design.
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
A strong portfolio showcasing book covers, catalogues, banners, marketing creatives, or similar design work.
Knowledge of AI-powered design tools for creative ideation and visual references.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple assignments efficiently.
