Role Requirements: ● Education Qualification:○ Relevant degree/diploma/certification or equivalent experience (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field). ● Software Proficiency:○ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)○ Basic knowledge of Canva.○ Familiarity with other design and multimedia software (Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, CorelDRAW., etc.) is a plus. ● Portfolio:○ A strong portfolio showcasing your work (Personal and/or Professional).○ Experience in developing branding, digital marketing posters, banners, packaging and print collateral is a bonus. ● Communication Skills:○ Strong verbal and written communication skills (Hindi and English).○ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. ● Attention to Detail:○ Detail Oriented, Organized, and capable of Multitasking effectively. ● Time Management and Project Management:○ Good time management skills to meet project deadlines. ● Problem-Solver:○ Ability to address design challenges and find creative solutions. ● Adaptability:○ Willingness to learn, adapt and stay updated with new design trends and technologies. ● Professionalism:○ Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in the workplace
