About the role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure applications on Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Configure product models, workflows, business rules, and application components to match business requirements.
- Write and maintain Gosu rules, classes, and customisations.
- Support integrations with internal and external systems, including testing and deployments.
- Work on Guidewire upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing application support.
- Investigate and resolve application and production issues, fixing root causes where possible.
- Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and other developers to deliver changes smoothly across environments.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with at least one Guidewire product like PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
- Working experience in Gosu development and Guidewire configuration.
- Knowledge of product configuration, workflows, business rules, or rating.
- Basic understanding of the Guidewire data model, including entities, typelists, and extensions.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
