About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle. The role will involve recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, performance management, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced technology environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and employee lifecycle management
  • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams
