About the Role
We’re looking for an HR Generalist to manage the complete employee lifecycle at Fancall — from hiring
and onboarding to employee engagement, performance, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment and hiring from sourcing to offer rollout.
Handle employee onboarding, probation, and offboarding.
Manage employee relations, engagement, and HR queries.
Create and maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR data.
Coordinate performance reviews, KRAs/KPIs, and appraisals.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training & development.
Prepare basic HR reports and dashboards for management.
Work closely with managers to resolve employee and people-related concerns.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Strong communication and people-management skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Organized, proactive, and good with documentation.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel and HR tools.
