About the Opportunity

Internship duration: 4-6 months
Stipend: Paid. We do not believe in unpaid internships 🧐
Work mode: Work from office, Ahmedabad

What will you do?

Support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including documentation, induction and exit formalities
Maintain and update employee records, HR databases and HRMS data (such as Keka) with accuracy
Assist with attendance, leave and reimbursement tracking, and coordinate with Finance on payroll inputs
Help prepare HR letters and documents such as offer letters, appraisal letters and experience letters
Support the appraisal and performance review cycles through coordination, tracking and documentation
Assist in developing, documenting and implementing HR policies and processes
Plan and run employee engagement activities and support employee relations initiatives
Handle employee queries and help maintain a positive and professional workplace
Research HR best practices and suggest process improvements
Handle confidential information with discretion

What do you need?

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent organizational, coordination and interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communication
Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and Google Workspace (familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus)
The ability to understand Reelo's goals and recommend new ways to improve employee welfare and development
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
A strong drive to create a positive work environment
