Hyperion Developer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hyperion Developer with 4–6 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning, Unix scripting, and SQL/PL-SQL. This role will focus on the design, development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise performance management solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning applications.
• Work with FP&A and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Build and manage data integration processes using SQL, PL/SQL, and data load rules.
• Develop and maintain calculation scripts, business rules, web forms, reports, and dashboards.
• Perform performance tuning and optimization of Hyperion applications.
• Manage metadata updates, data loads, and batch automation using Unix shell scripting.
• Ensure data integrity and perform reconciliation of financial and operational data.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, etc.) to implement new features or resolve issues.

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Essbase and Hyperion Planning.
• Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.
• Knowledge of data integration tools like FDMEE, ODI, or similar is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• Oracle certifications related to Hyperion or Essbase are a plus.
