About the role
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on Jira administration experience (Server, Data Center, or Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Jira workflows, permission schemes, notification schemes, and project configurations.
- Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM) and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace apps (e. g., ScriptRunner, Tempo, Zephyr, BigPicture).
- Proficiency in JQL (Jira Query Language) for advanced filtering and reporting.
- Experience with automation (Jira Automation rules, ScriptRunner, or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functonal teams.
