Job Title: Lead Developer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development with a focus on Java and a diverse set of technologies including Node, Python, Node-Red, Angular, Scala, Spark, Livy, PostgreSQL, Redis, Express.js, Kafka, and BullMQ. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative software solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using Java and other specified technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Debug and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to project timelines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance development processes.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development practices and methodologies.

• Strong proficiency in Java is a deal breaker for this position.
• Experience with Node.js and Express.js for server-side development.
• Proficient in Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Node-Red for building IoT applications.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies, particularly Angular.
• Experience with Scala and Spark for big data processing.
• Understanding of Livy for managing Spark jobs.
• Proficient in PostgreSQL for database management.
• Experience with Redis for caching and data storage solutions.
• Familiarity with Kafka for real-time data streaming.
• Experience with BullMQ for job and queue management.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Atleast 5 years of development experience
• Must have worked in telecom domain.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
